All work meets the relevant British or European Standards and all the requirements of police and insurers. The office is staffed Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm. If you require service out of hours our own emergency engineers can be contacted through a UK based call centre (Nottingham) If our registered customers require emergency service we respond within 4 hours of you first requesting assistance day and night seven days a week.
